Review of Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991) by Hannah D — 21 Oct 2012
Good telling of the Robin Hood mythology, with Costner basically being the weakest cast member, mainly due to some over acting and having trouble holding the accent, but Morgan Freeman more then makes up for it, and Alan Rickman basically steals the whole movie.
Other then the acting, it has good action, a decent plot and some very memorable lines, again, mostly from Rickman, although Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio does a decent job in her own right.
