Review of Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991) by Mike L — 07 Aug 2009
An homage to the ego of Kevin Costner, who thought he could portray an Englishman without an English accent, this may of worked in the 30's but not the 90's as it just makes this movie appear silly.
On a personal note, the title track, "Everything I do, I do for you," is on my list of 10 worst songs of all time due to the fact that while driving from Dayton,OH to Chicago, Il one night, despite changing radio stations throughout the only song that every radio station played that night was: Brian Adams "Everything I do, I do for You." Luckily there were no tanker trucks around as I was seeking them out just to get that song out of my head as an explosion was just what the doctor ordered.
