This movie is a comedy masterpiece by Mel Brooks. Nothing is off limits- race, religion, gender- and all the jokes are done in a manner that can be appreciated by everyone. The movie is a complete spoof of all the Robin Hood movies, books, and shows that have come before.
There is singing, dancing, fighting, romance, and plenty of comedy. The movie has a very high re-watch potential because of the timelessness of the jokes. If you enjoy this movie, you may also enjoy "Blazing Saddles" by the same director.
