Interesting approach to a character and story I grew up with. The film doesn't get to the Robin Hood we will grew up with until the last 30 mins. We only get a chance to see him steal from the rich and give to the poor once in the whole 2 and a 1/2 hour movie.
Way too much back story here. But I can say that the structure and methods taken to develop the story and characters were very thought out. The wardrobe was pretty decent as well. Overall with good directing, acting, and cinematography we have a movie worth watching at least once.
