Swashbuckling take on the Robin Hood legend from the early 90s (1991), with an American actor as the eponymous hero of the title.
Despite Costner's accent, and some other quite obvious anachronisms, I have to say I enjoyed this more than the more recent (2010) Russell Crowe/Ridley Scott film, due (in no small part) to Alan Rickman's brilliant (and pantomine-esque) turn as the Sheriff of Nottingham.
