Full of awesome fighting and memorable lines. This movie's not great, but it's not great on its premise. It's actually about the best you could expect from this sort of movie and totally enjoyable if you're looking for something like it.
Basically, what is the best movie you could ever expect from Steven Seagal or Jean Claude Van Damme? That's this film.
