I love the Aceman, which is why I was not impressed with Road Hard. Almost every joke in it has been said on the podcast a dozen times and they new material was essential spoiled by telling the joke on the podcast (The "Close Quarters" audition).
But on top of that, the love story seemed rushed and unrealistic. I know Adam is defending his moving and dismissing poor reviews as bias because he's on the O'Reilly Factor or because he said women aren't as funny as men, but he's wrong.
It's just not a very good movie. Especially considering it was only made thanks to the donations by his fans, why would you essentially take all the jokes they've heard before and turn them into a movie script.
