Review of RKO 281 (1999) by Samantha S — 03 Aug 2009
Great movie about all the hurdles that Orson Welles had to leap to make the greatest American film of all time. Superb performances by all (Melanie Griffith doesn't say too much, so she's not as much of a blight on the production as you'd think) and Liev Schreiber manifests Welles' passion, fire, and intelligence.
WORTH SEEING IF YOU'RE A FILM NUT.
