MY FAVORITE KEANU MOVIE OF ALL TIME!!!!... and also one of the two best angsty teen movies with "Edge" in the title.
1986 was a GREAT year for Dennis Hopper-- Along with "Blue Velvet" this film helped forever typecast him as the psychotic nutcase everyone knows and loves.
Great soundtrack, great performances from the stoner waste-of-life youth, and just plain fun to watch. I really wish I would have strangled my girlfriend to death when I was a teen; highschool might not have been more than a boring, redundant waste of 4 years.
