One of my favorties and one of the best of the 80's follows a scuzzed out group of metalhead stoners and their reaction as one of their own kills his girlfriend. The little hoodlum kid is great. You've got Dennis Hopper and his blow up doll.
Crispin Glover acts his ass off in one of his best roles. We even have a Pre-Ted Keanu Reeves all in on the drama. The characters were realistic and there is just an energy to River's Edge that isn't in a lot of other movies.
