Review of Risky Business (1983) by Leo K — 21 Apr 2011
Teenage Tom Cruise finds himself with nothing to do when his parents go on vacation, so he listens to his buddy and gets an escort, only to be seduced by her, and then entangled into a dangerous mess.
Slow in the beginning, but a fun watch as it progresses and Tom ends up handling a brothel to pay for his dads car. Unconventional is the key word here, a definitely entertaining film for those seeking a fun story.
He starts with nothing, and ends with nothing, but ultimately is a success of epic proportion.
I believe this is the film that made Tom's career?
