Tom Cruise, in his first stand-out roll plays senior in high school, Joel Goodsen. An aspiring businessman and Princeton student, he finds himself getting into trouble when his parents go out of town, and winds up utilizing his skills as a young entrepreneur to.

.. well... cause more trouble. This film is an 80's classic and while it's not exactly a comedy like most of these types of films are, it is very entertaining. Definitely recommend watching, if you haven't already seen it.
