Review of Risky Business (1983) by Sb S — 12 Jan 2009

Here's a movie that when you describe it, sounds like your run of the mill teen movie, but it is one of the smartest, funniest satires I saw in the 80's, I'd say it's up there with the Graduate.

For me, what makes this movie so good is the writing. The dialog is so good, that not everything needs to be said to get the laugh.. Add into the that casting, and the cinematography, and you have a teen story that other movies can only hope to achieve.
