Review of Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) by Troy H — 22 Jul 2017
An inconsistent franchise brings out a new film that is definitely worth watching, boasting tremendous visual effects, and an outstanding performance from Andy Serkis. Unexpectedly, the new installment dedicates a portion of the film to Sci-Fi, and after setting the plot up slowly gets to the wonderful action sequences.
Caesar's fantastic journey in this film goes to show this won't be the last we'll be seeing of the intelligent ape.
