Yeah...ok. Low budget horror film with a very lame premise. That being said, it isn't painful. It isn't good either though. Not bad enough to be funny or good, but not bad enough to be horrible.
The good news: nice shots of Paris and passable acting. The bad news: plot, plot, effects, plot, and ...the whole premise. This money could have been better spent on zombies. Lots and lots of zombies.
