When it first starts, you think "Alright, this could be like Men In Black"; then as the movie progresses, you realize that it's unfortunately more like Men In Black II. It's pretty bad, but not quite unwatchable.
I'm guessing they spent most of their budget on the cast because they sure didn't use enough on the CGI. It looks like leftover scraps from Van Helsing.
