Review of RiP!: A Remix Manifesto (2008) by Stephen G — 11 Feb 2011

The topic is right, copyright is definitely the most important topic nowadays. However, the way he delivered the message was not very effective. In this film, he may be too verbose and the whole contents seems too educational.

I might be more impressed if the remixed music or film are shown as really creative ones. I know there is some restriction in citing remixed works as he explained, but I believe the need for the remixing can be clearer with persuasive remixed work that we all agree we should not miss because of the copyright issues.
