Review of Rio Grande (1950) by Zack B — 18 Aug 2010
This is a good, yet unspectaular Ford/Wayne western. The film has a slow pace and becomes dull at times, but humorous scenes, well shot battles, and Ford's vision of the west make it a worthy edition to the "Cavalry Trilogy.
" The film shines the most during scenes with Wayne and his son. Roman riders are awesome!
