Review of Rio Bravo (1959) by Josejuan P — 12 Aug 2008
Rio Bravo is a well-paced, well told story. The dialogue is very natural, no un-necessary stand-offs. The characters are so well defined, that one has no choice but to start caring for them; all the way from the sobering Dude to the faithfull Carlos.
If one ever needs to explain to someone else what a good Western is, Rio bravo should come to mind first.
