The best Ive seen from Wayne and Hawks. Rio Bravo shows how hard it is to be marshal. John Wayne stars as sherriff John T. Chance, with his deputy, Dude (Dean Martin), Stumpy (Walter Brennon), and newcomer Colorado (Ricky Nelson).
After arresting the brother of a local criminal, that criminal tries to free him. With the town in danger, Sheriff chance and his deputy have to end this, once and for all. I enjoyed every john Wayne film so far, but this one has to top them all.
