Review of Rings (2017) by Wilhelm H — 01 May 2017
This third installment is an obvious attempt to start a new wave of sequels. The problem is that the thrills are by the numbers and the characters aren't that interesting. The first Ring movie was a great, dark, mystery. Even the second had its moments. This one feels like a direct-to-video sequel. It's not horrible, but compared to the two that came before it, it is one to avoid watching.
