Review of Righteous Kill (2008) by Jason C — 04 Oct 2009
The film itself isn't THAT bad, the problem really lies with the fact you've got Pacino and De Nero in it together, properly sharing scenes for longer than 5 minutes and the outcome is just such a bloody mediocre film.
The story isn't that well told (I thought they were working in tandem killing people until about 2/3 of the way through) and the plot twist was so predictable. Supporting cast wise it was alright, although Gugino wanting it rough all the time off Bob was a bit weird.
Nice to see Brian Dennehy get some work too.
