Given the players involved, I would call this disappointing. It's not terrible, but it is nowhere near the caliber of film that De Niro and Pacino, and to a lesser extent even Leguizamo and Cugino are known for. Lotta last names that end in O going on here...
Anyway, passable entertainment, but nothing spectacular.
