Definitely not a feel good movie by any means. It's depressing, slow moving, and seems to go nowhere... and the "twist" at the end is very... well, I didn't feel it was necessary and felt tacked on in the end.
Still, it was a good watch, suspenseful, and stands as one of those horrifying "what if" scenarios that makes you wonder what you would do in such a situation.
