Review of Right at Your Door (2006) by Thor G — 24 Jun 2009
A slightly suspenseful scenario of a catastrophic attack in the LA area. This movie suffers from buzzword syndrome and messes up a lot of terminology while not seeming to care. The point is to get you scared about the possibility of a disaster like this occurring and the focus is heavily on the drama between the two main characters.
Unfortunately, this ends up taking away from the overall draw of the movie. This becomes especially true when the ending relies so heavily on all the SCIENCE WORDS that they have been throwing around.
It plays out more to the fears of stupid American citizens than to the reality of a very possible plight they might encounter.
