Riddick is a good film for action, sci-fi and weapons but the story is just too silly and with way too many plot holes and errors that just didn't make sense to me combine that with the inconsistency of the plot and you just get a crummy result.
Overall, you would watch it for all the fun violence and gore but don't expect too much from it.
