Review of Riddick (2013) by John A — 04 Mar 2014
Pitch Black Fans Will Not Be Disappointed As Our Anti-Hero Is Back In A Darker Form Resembling The First Film. Riddick Has Been Hiding Out On A Desolate Planet, He Signals A Distress Call Which Brings Two Ships, One Full Of Mercenaries, The Other Captained By A Man From His Past.
This Latest Entry Of The Trilogy, See's Less Action Than The Previous Film & Returns To It's Roots As A Thriller. The Plot Is Mediocre And Connects With "Pitch Black", In Both Plot & Some Atmospheric Elements.
This Should've Been The Original Sequel As It Has Great Elements Throughout. Go Into This One With An Open-Mind, You'll Be Surprised At How Good It Actually Is.
