This film could have been great had it not been so muddled. There's no real plot or character development; it's just a simply told story about a family that realise their latest addition, Ricky, is growing wings.
The film doesn't go any deeper than that. Nonetheless, despite its oddball premise, there are some good performances which add weight to some touching scenes.
