Review of Ricki and the Flash (2015) by Mary D — 10 Aug 2015
This movie is a dark comedy drama about Ricki getting called back to the life she abandoned to help her daughter get through a crisis. Mamie is wonderful at playing the broken daughter. The live music and band scenes are great as well as the song choice.
Love the original song Cold One. Meryl Streep and Rick Springfield have great chemistry as preforming and on stage as well. It is definitely worth checking out.
