This movie was a big disappointment. I thought Meryl Streep would make it interesting, but alas, from the very first scene I was completely bored. And it only got worse. For close to 0ne hour and 41 minutes, I.

The audience is subjected to lackluster singing on the part of Meryl (PLEASE STICK TO ACTING MERYL,,,), a bored cast that basically snarls their lines, and a story,one that goes on and on and never gets to the point. The only bright spot in this entire movie was Rick Springfield. He brought some light to the cast and wasn't in enough scenes. My advice? Keep your money and wait for it to come out on Netfkix...in 5 years! Bad, bad movie...
