Review of Richie Rich's Christmas Wish (1998) by Jacob B — 14 Dec 2018

The concept is decent, the performances aren't that bad and the villain certainly is having the time of his life hamming it up, even before we end up in the alternate reality but Richie Rich's Christmas Wish suffers from the law of diminishing returns, deeply missed actors and feeling like an obvious cash-in with what I consider to be a space whale aesop: Don't wish you weren't born or the world will become a terrible place to live in.

This movie's bad but it's mostly "dumb sequel" bad, not remarkably awful.
