Review of Revolutionary Road (2008) by Dankwa B — 17 Feb 2012
The subject matter is about as difficult as it gets. This is not a feel good movie. Incredibly evocative on a level unlike any film this year.
Superb acting. Kate Winslet was robbed of a Best Actress nod. Leonardo DiCaprio was excellent as well. The scene-stealing Michael Shannon gives us the most interesting performance in Revolutionary Road. A real star turn for Shannon, deservedly so.
