Review of Revolutionary Road (2008) by Emma D — 24 Jul 2012
The film has some powerful themes, but everything is overstated in the chain of heated arguments that make it tiresome. Anything you didn't get from the arguments is then stated lucidly by the mentally insane character to bludgeon viewers with the moral: the upper middle-class suburban life is insanity.
