Goose from Top Gun doesn't get into the best fraternity, so he gets revenge by installing cameras in the girls shower and having a damn good wank. You go get em Goose! Part of me thinks that it wouldn't stand up in court, though, if you said that the sorority laughed at your nerdiness, hence why you had a good reason to watch them soap up.
However, thanks to the fact that the frat guys (starring the next door neighbour from the later series of Married with Children as "The Jock") looked like they were all about 47, I give this film 5 big 80s looking tits out of 5.
