Review of Revenge of the Nerds (1984) by Zoe H — 01 Dec 2008

Recently watched/re-watched this and very glad that I did. This is one of the exceedingly few underdog movies that I have truly enjoyed. Belonging to the nerd faction throughout my formal education years, I can fully relate to the struggles of this movie's protagonists.

Apart from being a really good comedy, this is a classic example of an 80's Hollywood teen film in every sense (the good shit), right down to the gratuitous female nudity and short running time. A feel-good film for anyone who never ran with the jock/popular crowd.
