The synopsis says there is not an original idea in this movie, but hell, it does it ten times better than the originals. Combining Indepence Day, The Matrix, and The Terminator, this movie is on the entire time.
Big explosions, a good story, amazing special effects, everything is quality. Throw out your copies of the "originals" and buy this - it's classier than all three.
