To escape the horrors of electro-shock therapy Dorothy once again goes to OZ only this time Toto is replaced by a talking chicken, The lion with a pumpkin head, the tin man with a wind up toy called Tick Tock, and then there's the severed head that they attach to a couch and bring to life.
If you really want to scare the childhood right out of you watch.
