Review of Return to Me (2000) by Justin M — 03 Aug 2011
So much more should have been added into this movie. Is it too hard to ask that the entire movie not be carved out events? Just let the events unfold a bit more. At one point, we see the guy only think of his wife.
Ok, is that all a person ever thinks about? Wife. How about reliving the past trauma? How about reliving the original romance? How about fantasizing how you could have save the wife? We had to look into the husband's thoughts anyway.
Adding a bit more to the film would make it a more significant movie. If you can't handle a car crash being in a chick flick, how about putting in something else?
