In a (possibly misguided) attempt to revisit some horror films of my youth, I rewatched "Return of the Living Dead 2." No amount of nostalgia makes this sequel watchable. Plaqued by sub-par special effects, a plot way too close to its superior predecessor, a collection of some of the worst acting this side of "The Hills", and a cutesy tone that completely misses the mark of humor ROTLD achieved.
