Review of Return of the Living Dead Part II (1988) by K.c. L — 27 Feb 2011
The poster art is the best part of this film. Really not very good. It tries to capture the fun of the first film and falls extremely short. The story itself isn't the problem and might have worked if they had hired a cast that could actually act. The effects are pretty good and there is plenty of gory humor.
Warning: if you have a headache do NOT watch this movie. One of the "actresses" spends the majority of the film whining her lines in a high-pitched tone just a few notes below a dog whistle. Her demise is a blessing to all.
