Guess I should just put it out there that Melinda Clarke is smoking hot. I saw this movie the year it came out and am thinking it was straight to video. I was younger and remember enjoying it. They relied more on story than gore.
Note even that many living dead. Then you add the government conspiracy angle and this movie turns into an up all night cable b-movie. I spotted one guy in it from Michael J. Fox's first Midnight Maddness.
He was part of the Latino crew that was giving them the noise at the bodega. Then I look the guy up and he's only had 4 movies since the early 80's. I have to say that Mindy Clarke is still hot with shards of glass thru her body and being undead.
You will also notice Basil Wallace as the Riverman. He was cast as Screwface in the Steven Seagal movie Marked for death. Rest of the cast is unknown to me. You could go out and buy this movie, for it is surely in a bargain bin somehwere.
Due to its popularity, you might have a hard time finding it to rent. Do not try to catch it on cable. They have cut out all the decent parts. It is a zombie movie, you know.
