I don't know why this was on the 50 Worst Films of All Time list. It's a rather good spaghetti western with a lot of genuinely funny slapstick. The assorted gadget weapons were awesome, especially the guy slingshotting from a distance.
Alfredo Garcia was on that list, so I guess you can disregard it.
