Completely dreadful crap that manages to be boring as all hell while it's at it. The scene where Toulon creates the puppets should be great but it could seriously not be more unexciting: slowly moving a needle from a dead body to a puppet.
.one at a time... for about 10 minutes! The dullest killer puppet movie you could ever inflict on yourself. Masochists only.
