Review of Resurrecting the Champ (2007) by Toby E — 11 Jun 2008
This was a great way to spend the rainy afternoon. Josh Hartnett does a great job playing a role that is not a romantic comedy. Samuel L. Jackson is as good as ever and the story moves along nicely. I found it easy to relate to the issues in the movie and found myself satisfied when I turned the DVD player off.
The movie has a nice twist- and a nice neatly wrapped ending that left me with no unresolved issues. I wouldn't add this one to my collection- but I am glad that I watched it.
