A harrowing journey through the korangal valley in afghanistan. we follow a platoon of soldiers through their 15 month deployment to the most deadly place in the country. we look on as some die, are injured, and deal with the stark realities of their task.
some wonderful documentary camerawork by hetherington and crew. its greatest triumph is that it gives the most real picture of what it is actually like on the ground for coalition forces in that war torn part of the world.
