Review of Restrepo (2010) by Gordon C — 18 Aug 2011
An amazing look on how dangerous the war in Afghanistan can really be. Tim Hethurington and Sebastion Junger take a risk and film their latest documentary in the stronghold Outpost Restrepo (named after Juan "Doc" Restrepo, who was killed in action), known to be the most dangerous place on earth.
This film is deep, and shows the real emotions of the soldiers each time they're being attacked, and possibly losing a friend each time.
