A powerful and moving documentary about the year in the life of an American military platoon in Afghanistan stationed at a base called Restrepo after one of their fallen comrades. Insightful and refreshingly without agenda, "Restrepo" is a clear-eyed portrait of modern warfare at its most intimate.
