I very much disagree with the featured reviewer's critisicm of this film's second half, which was unexpectedly compassionate and life-affirming. Which are, you know, GOOD THINGS.
Beyond that, let's look at the cast - Robert Downey Jr., Sam Neill, David Thewlis, Ian McKellen, Ian McDiarmid...why are you even reading this review?
