The story picks up from where the first Rest Stop left off. This one's a bit of a let down. The torture scenes are the same stuff over and over with that stupid drill and the screw gun thing into the legs.
Clearly KZL 303 ghost doesn't have much imagination when it comes to punishing sinners. I really wanted to like this movie, but alas, it a step down from the original. Here's hoping the third installment is an improvement.
