Absolutely nail-bitingly, wet your pants scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use a rest stop toilet EVER EVER AGAIN, let alone a public toilet! Could not sleep after watching this movie! It's was absolutely scary pants!!!!!!!!! And so far the best horror I've seen in a VERY long time.
